clickable — fixes Sonarr, Radarr, Jellyfin, Proxmox web UI, etc.

Redis, MongoDB, Kafka, Memcached, etc.
- Inline "Add service" form in detail panel (name, port, tcp/udp)
- Remove button (×) on hover for each service row
