Align residency-set docs with split runtime
Update the rebased documentation and comments to name colibri.c after the #391 coordinator split, and correct the E5 comparison table to reflect its instrumentation and OOM-unwind touches. Co-authored-by: Christopher Brand <brand.christopher.c@gmail.com>
